This is a well machined cylinder and excellent teflon coated piston skirt. That was the main reason I bought this set. Teflon and synthetic oil will run uninterrupted for years with minimal wear. Fits my 07 tank 150cc scooter perfectly and definitely runs stronger and smoother than the stock kit ever did

Direct Bolt Mount Kit. Works perfect. My piston and rings were shot through and the engine was smoking. Replaced everything, started immediately, no smoke. If your engine is smoking, this is probably what you need. And half price on Hammerhead's website.

customers had a Hammerhead that squirted oil all over the place when you flat out. I checked the compression and it was indeed fine but nothing explained why it was happening so I ordered a full kit to fix a cracked piston, worn rings, worn cylinder etc. I was pleasantly surprised that this kit was in good condition. manufactured and was in fact the same brand as some Polaris Hammerhead engine components.
