I have received the neck fan for over a week now. I would say this is a very good product. I have used it when going outside or lying on the deck. It's not difficult at all, it has three different usage levels. A light would be helpful when walking at night.

I bought this brand and it seems to be better quality than the other two I had to replace in a day! That's a great idea, just wish the battery had lasted longer. It really helps in wet 100 degree Florida weather. I will update while it lasts.

This thing has several different settings and can really squeeze out some air for such a small amount! I bought this for my 4 year old who has mental breakdowns when he starts sweating and it gets too hot outside! He LOVES this thing! Fingers crossed we don't have such a violent meltdown next time we're outside and hey, hot and sweaty! Loads pretty fast! And very easy to use! Now we all need one of them! The back of the neck is a little bulky for me, but I'd put up with it to stay
