Inexpensive for painting

Very good for painting parties. This package is designed for a company of 30 people and the quality is not bad.

Pros
  • Special offer
Cons
  • Minor problems

Misleading add colors the best

The additive is misleading. Bottle size is much smaller than pictured. The volume and dimensions of the bottle are indicated. You get 8 oz bottles.

Pros
  • Bring joy
Cons
  • Protection

Not used for paints yet

Will update when I do but it arrived with 2 bottles so dented the plastic is crumpled and one is only slightly dented as if the air had been vacuumed out been it, although opening it didn't fix the dent. I don't see any damage or leaks. I received all 8 colors shown in the picture: red, yellow, blue, green, tan, dark brown, black and white.

Pros
  • Full set
Cons
  • Lots of stuff

good starting colors!

Looking at previous reviews I think they have started to package them differently. Mine arrived safe and well packaged! I wish they would suggest another ink set because I didn't want RGBY as much as CMYK because once you start learning color theory RGBY becomes obsolete and useless as a starter ink set. You won't be able to create many flowers with this set, but it's a good starter set!

Pros
  • There is something to it
Cons
  • Almost everything is fine

good price in painting

This is good value for money. Great for my teenage daughter who is an art student. They are very liquid and not thick. So if you are looking for a thicker consistency. It may not be the best choice for you. The blue phthalo in the kit has a very bad odor (almost like tar) and is very strong (none of the others in the kit gave off any fumes). But dried, odorless. Because of the smell I don't think I would use it as a starter kit with very young children.

Pros
  • crafts and sewing
Cons
  • Doubtful purchase for the elderly

Very satisfied: First time painting and first colors

I just started painting after the YouTube video with Johnlisondra and PaintwithJane and in terms of paint quality, color and price this is an amazing set. This was my first paint, later I bought a much more expensive set for more color variety and I would say this set paints less opaque; I have to paint over more often than with more expensive paints. At the same time, the texture, not creamy and not runny, is ideal. It dries very quickly, I started using mediums to prolong the color.

Pros
  • colors
Cons
  • High price

Not "Arteza " but good quality to buy and keep

I love this color it has all the main colors it arrived early and it was great for me so I wanted to draw . The paint has good pigment saturation, quite thick, can be diluted with water and used as a watercolor. It's definitely worth buying if you're a beginner and want to experiment with mixing paints or even paint some pictures, and the thickness of the paint allows you to pour paint as long as you mix well. But in general it's worth buying, but it's not like Arteza paint quality, but you can

Pros
  • painting art supplies
Cons
  • boring packaging
