SMALL head hole. It's probably best to size down to the next size up when ordering. Our daughter is small and we had to stretch the shirt to fit her comfortably. Luckily it was a disposable garment (for a school project). We bought due to brand loyalty and lack of label situation. It would be better to take a less expensive/solid color shirt. This one isn't worth it.

I love that Hanes always wears that one (1) size up for these guys! At least compared to all other brands. XXL I think. This is the size your boys aren't yet in a teen or men's size but need or prefer their shirts to be a little looser and longer. And SO, SO Always at a reasonable price.
