Fits great I'm 5-11 180lbs and the large ones fit perfectly and are really cool in the sun, I bought them for fishing. They are really soft and feel very comfortable, like silk. However it should be noted that the colors do not appear to be the same as shown in the picture, ordered in orange and it is not the same orange as shown in the picture, it is a very bright fluorescent orange. I really like this shirt. I work in hot conditions, building patios and privacy fences all day, so I needed something light for one person, something for two that would keep my hands from burning, and I needed something that wouldn't feel too tight. When the wind blows, this shirt feels really good. It is better to wear cotton shirts. I will order more. It also fits the size you wear in the t-shirt.

There are more male than female flowers, so I order the male ones. The sleeves are a bit long but I like it. I wear women's size 10, so I ordered men's size small. Very convenient. I like the looser fit. Here, on the east side of the island of Hawaii, where the humidity is over 90%, I feel comfortable and protected from the sun. Also comfortable when it rains and the shirt gets wet. I wear one of these everyday when I work outside and it also keeps flies, gnats and mosquitoes away.

I'm 6'0" and 200 lbs. This shirt suits me. XL would be too big and medium would be too small. I also bought the same long sleeve t-shirt from A4 at Revain (https://www.amazon.com/A4-Cooling-Performance-Sleeve-T-Shirt/dp/B00BPXOK84/) which is always that bit heavier Material that fits better under my arms. All in all, this Hanes is a nice shirt and I would recommend it.
