The length is very variable. See attached photo of my blue and black medium pants. In addition, the label of the blue and black pants says 100% cotton. However, the label on the gray trousers states that they are a cotton-polyester blend.

Love it. Fits well. Nice but thin material. I didn't buy this because I wanted something to keep me warm in the winter, so if that's your goal, keep looking.

I'm 5'11 and a pair of large (L) of these things I ordered 2/2017 fits perfectly and I love them. So confident I ordered a second pair on 1/2018 and they seemed to fit right up until I washed/dried them. Now they sit on my ankles. Unacceptable. In comparison, I've washed/dried the original pair many times and there was no conundrum with the reduction in leg length. My guess is that the Hanes got their production done very cheaply last year and now these damn things are going under very badly…

I bought these for my 6 foot husband. Width and length were fine after washing. They have shrunk greatly in length. The width is ok but the length is ridiculously short. We throw them away.
