First of all I have to say that I am a woman and the little one suits me perfectly. I have several black ones and one red. This shirt is comfortable, quick drying and versatile. You can wear it under a sweater or cardigan, or use it while exercising. I use them for everything: work, run, sleep, every day. They also go with everything. Have also reordered, although they last a long time. I've never had any quality problems. Buy this shirt. In fact, buy more than one. Please.

I personally use them as everyday tech tank tops during the colder months. When it's cold and/or damp, it's best if the layer closest to the skin absorbs sweat and dries quickly. Bought these for my 6'3 husband, he leans to a slim side but is tall. Got here on Wednesday and it worked well for him, there is some space but not too much. Although I can also tell by trying it on that it doesn't stretch much. If you need stretch or something in between, go up a size.

Green River Maze Canyon tested and approved in Moab, Utah. This shirt worked just like any other shirt I've taken on the river in the past and it was half the price. It withstood 105 f+ and mosquitoes over 4 days. No sunburn and minimal bug bites...A+

Ordered 8 pieces to go for a walk with the dog in the summer. 4 were badly sewn and fell apart. 2 were substitutes for bad shirts that were bad in themselves. They're a bit breathable, but also see-through, which is why I'm concerned about the UPF rating. Also, there is no indication on the packaging that they are UPF rated and as I am undergoing melanoma chemo which puts me at additional risk of new skin cancer this is not bothersome. They are big and don't shrink.
