My only complaint is that most of the hooks are too narrow to fit a tie underneath (especially thicker fabrics like wool or brocade) so they require a bit of undoing with a flathead screwdriver or other tool of your choice. I used to buy the Closet Complete Organizer for hangers and ties and it worked fine. However, my tie collection was getting too big and I wanted to try something new. Although this product is much more expensive than the Twirling Tie Rack, it is much better and will hold significantly more ties. It looks so much better hanging in my closet and does a great job with all my ties. If you only have a few ties I'd probably go for the Twirling Tie tie rack - it's a lot cheaper and still does the job.
