The colors look good and match our bathroom. The downside is that the rubber wax holder leaks. Wax slowly drips through the bottom of the rubber into the heating pad and bulb. I will send it back and the seller will provide a replacement. Let's see if it works better or if it's a design flaw. I will correct the rating later.

I saw a similar wax shack while visiting friends, went home and found this one straight away. I love the gray pattern that goes well with my decor but the "clean" silicone wax utensils are my favorite part. Simply turn off the heat, allow the wax to set and remove, no scraping required. I love that I no longer have to fiddle with hot dishes to carefully drain the wax. Perfect for my life and home.

I was very excited to find another heater with silicone utensils **the ones I have with a tree warmer were the ONLY silicones I have ever found and the taste INCREDIBLY POWERFUL AND COVERS MANY AREAS OF THE ENTIRE LEVEL RANGE - they are no longer available I bought silicone, very thin and put it in, works better but still not the same 🤬

Just love the silicone case. It's MUCH easier to change scents with it. Strange wax film (?) peeling off after each change is strange but never bothered me. I complain that the ceramic case is too heavy for the wall adapter. Mine broke after about 11 months and I had to buy another socket to replace the old one. The weight eventually caused the second adapter to break (literally snapped in half). I LOVE it, the light is great, it's cute. it just kills every cork I've used 😭

Not much easier to clean than ceramic unless you squeeze out cold wax (which I didn't want to do as I mistakenly thought it would prevent drips/cup holes). The bottom of the mug was only coated after a single use and you can see it was yellow colored melted wax, not condensation (that's what I thought when I first noticed). I love that this heater matches the colors and backsplash we are putting in the kitchen. The heating pad works well for melting and is securely attached to the outlet. It is also very easy to extract the used wax. But the problem is with the silicone wax tray. I don't think I would say it's leaking because it doesn't work and doesn't melt like the heating pad I replaced that had a crack in the shell. I have no idea why nobody thought of this before because I spent years scraping wax with a butter knife and I HATE it. Well first of all I LOVE these heaters and was thinking of buying another pair. Then I noticed that a small amount of wax came out. I posted a photo to show you what I'm talking about. It leaks from the center where the plastic parts meet when plugged in and turned on. I cannot express how disappointed I am. I hope they can fix this problem. I love the silicone bowl!
