Very easy to use, quick response & better support

I liked most about this software was its simplicity of usage as well as all it features such like live agent integration etc., There are some points which needs improvement but nothing major at least not yet i have seen so far! The best part has been their friendly team who helps us out whenever we need them too!! You can surely try if you would love chatting bots otherwise just go ahead and buy from any reputed brand or else there will be many other options available online itself!! So happy…

Great tool for customer service!: HappyFox Chatbot

The ability to have a conversation with a customer through chat is something I really appreciate. I love being able to talk to my customers via chat instead of email or phone call. This makes it so much easier to build rapport with them and get to know their needs. There are times when the bot gets confused but this happens rarely. I would say that the best part about using the chatbot is the ease of use. You don't need any coding experience to set it up. The only thing you will need is some…
