I like that it's easy to use, has many different features (such as scheduling) so you can have multiple employees using one account which makes things easier if they're all in your store at once! It also allows me to see what my team members are working on and when their next shift will be scheduled without having them log into individual accounts. The ability to integrate with 3rd party apps as well as customize my workflow within our store. There could be more ways of customizing each step in your process, but it's working great so far! I've yet to use anything that we cannot see/change from their dashboard or API. So far there isn't much we dislike about using this tool at all.
