You will need a rubber band to hold the lid.

Works as expected but found the rubber strap closure process to be awkward and it would be better to use some sort of tab to secure the lid.

Pros

Cons
  • Protection

Does not work without elastic, not waterproof and lightproof

The bag has no elastic and it turns out that without it it is not good. It holds 8,120 rolls, but if it's more than two, the lid falls off. It's not waterproof and the plastic it's made of is too thin to block light. I really wish it was good but it's just a waste of money.

Pros
  • Camera and photo
Cons
  • Almost everything is ok

Great for travel for film photography

I took one of the holders with me before the trip to hold my 35mm canisters. Much better than 8 wheels in a camera bag. After I've shot, I put the reel back in the holder upside down so I know it was shot. The lid stays tight and appears to be dust and water resistant, although I didn't take it out in the rain, I did take it out camping in some dusty, dry places and the film was fine.

Pros
  • Film photography
Cons
  • No instructions
