I ordered it for my little puppy. It only weighs 20 pounds and I was impressed with how well this works for a pup. I love how easy it is for my pet. Also, it stretches so it's not tight when my pup pulls.

I have a medium sized cat but when he wears this he looks great so big and bulky the only downside is that I don't use it anymore because he slipped out of the harness twice while walking in the opposite direction of the leash. Now that I've used other types of belts and he's used to wearing them outside all the time, I'll give this one a try and update.

The strap itself is very strong. Sturdy material and well made. I don't think we'll ever use it for one thing. The buckle that connects the neck piece doesn't seem reliable. The buckle is metal and feels very strong, just the way it connects (see picture). We feel that if our cats squirm/fight enough, they could free themselves. I would prefer that it works the same as the one that involves the body.

I have a natural Nibelung and he is a long thin fluffy guy. He's only a year old and still growing. I bought 5 seat belts and this one finally fits. After our walk he even hid in it for four hours. When he came back he forgot he had it, that he had an attitude when I went to remove it. I'll take a picture next time. On the comment that her cat looked tough in it! 😺 I agree! Attaching a leash and harness does this. Oh yeah, I got a size small for my long neb.

We bought a puppy on a whim so we didn't have stock. to the local pet store to buy something to get us. First, the pet store had almost EVERYTHING. The cheapest harness and leash combo I could buy for my little pup cost me almost $50. So we went to Walmart where it cost me $25. When our dinnerware set arrived from the scam we were so happy. I bought XS because my cat was in the range for that size. Her neck is 8 inches and her chest is 14 inches. I tightened it as tight as I could and the following problems emerged: 1. It barely fit her chest but the extra straps were hanging down. I had to fasten them together so they didn't get in her way. 2. He didn't even come close to her neck.
