I urgently needed a metal shower basket without a heel. After purchase, the seller emailed me explaining why some people have suction problems. Apparently, you'll need to tighten the suction cups once a day for the first few days. I noticed that the suction cups loosened after the first day, but after tightening they never loosened again. This is definitely the best shower basket I have ever seen.

I just received this and it seems to be working great. I cleaned two tiles and also used an alcohol wipe. But after reading many other reviews I will definitely come back and fix mine if there are any problems. If it REALLY sticks, that's exactly what I need. Update 11/6 - So far so good. I turn the knobs from time to time when I'm in the shower just as a precaution. But I have a bottle with a pump and squeezing the pump doesn't affect the suction. So I guess he doesn't go to bed.

Quality product. Looks great in my renovated bathroom. Be sure to follow the directions to increase suction regularly for the first few days. I've had this for two years and cleaned it frequently. After a while, no elbow grease could remove this black sediment. Finally, I wondered if this so-called anti-rust really accumulates rust. This might work on glossy ceramic tile but I can't get it to last more than a few days on my ceramic tile. The company emailed me telling me how to keep it longer. I did everything they asked and concluded that my tiles should be semi-porous. Although I have a similar product in another bathroom (same type of tiles) it works great.
