As others have said, the regular tapered pins from the big department stores don't work. BOW! I thought I might find one. Now I have to switch grips. Don't worry, do it. But of course it would be nice if they made it so that you can use regular pens. Otherwise it's a GOOD scraper. will move a lot of material. The rubber is a little stiff, so if your floor has a lot of bumps it will have a hard time walking over it.

Standard, would like to see heavy use, it's amazing, large surface area, thick rubber, just what I was looking for. I replace one that has lasted many years and this one is as good or even better. I have to pump a lot of water right away because it's on my patio and sidewalk right parallel to my window. Not good for my house, the other one eventually failed and the rubber came loose. This one seems very similar and I expect at least ten years of use from it.

I thought this product would be great but good luck finding the right stick/grip. The cone on the device is very unique and none of the local hardware stores like Home Depot, Lowe's, Ace etc sell the same. In other words, trying to make a hold that doesn't taper to an exact match makes the whole system weak. It will break very soon. The manufacturer should provide the option to purchase the appropriate handle to complete the installation.

We were looking for an oversized curved product that would help keep water out of the garage when mopping the floor . This item is AMAZING and way better than the ones at Home Depot and Lowes. When comparing, please note that there are several sizes. This is a GREAT product and not available in most major stores. So when comparing prices, make sure you're comparing apples to apples.
