Terrible Replacement Control for Cinemate

This replacement control was useless. The buttons didn't work properly and it was impossible to navigate through the options. The only positive thing was that it was compatible with other electronics. However, that's not enough to overlook the poor quality and usability of this product.

The remote control does not contain devices

The product arrived on time, I installed the battery according to the instructions, but the devices did not turn on. Do I have to go through a setup process? Any help is welcome.

Need a replacement for the original

Ordered two 'just in case'. since the Bose sound system is useless without a clicker. Although there was a lithium battery warning label on the box, however, it did not include such a battery, nor did it come with instructions on how to open the battery holder (NOT EASY OR INTUITIVE), so after several different attempts to figure out how to get the damn thing open/open, I finally figured it out.
