I've tried everything. Used a scalp brush in the shower with a strong dandruff shampoo and that stuff. The scalp and shoulder elixir works great! It is left over for you to use as needed. I used it several times the first day. After that, my head itched less every day. It turned out to be very manageable. Spray this onto your scalp and massage in. This product smells like menthol on first use but the menthol smell dissipates very quickly leaving a very fresh/clean scent which I really like. It's more liquid than a gel, so it's very easy to spray onto the scalp and massage in with your fingers.
