Works well and is heard well and your voice is very clear to the person you are calling. This is a great headset for the money.

The strap on this device is so thin that you can't hold the headset on your head. It's also super big. I can't make it smaller to fit my head which isn't the smallest.

The item does not work for the Cisco SPA303 although it is a supported phone model. Strangely it doesn't look like the picture on the website or printed on the bag. Possibly the wrong package or the wrong bait. Either way, it will be returned.

I just ordered this headset after having already bought and returned one that didn't work at all. Not only is it too big even considering the smallest size, I didn't even get the extra ear pad that should have been included! It's so loose it slips off instantly, and I have a big head! do not recommend!

After reading some negative reviews before buying, I began to doubt myself. I ordered one just to be on the safe side. Result: Perfect! I don't have any of the problems that other reviewers have asked. The headset works great. I have an office with 7 employees tied to their phones. Most of them use an $80 headset that I bought a long time ago. This one is no worse. I will definitely order as needed.

Works and sounds good, but I find the headband too light for me. It doesn't fit the earbud, which fits snugly in my ear, and it falls off my head at the slightest tug. The cable is heavier than the headset itself, making it even more uncomfortable. It's probably fine for those who aren't hard of hearing and don't move around much, but it's for lighting purposes only.

I am an adult male of normal height. I don't have a pinhead and the rainforest pygmy tribe didn't reduce it. At its smallest size, this headset is still too big. When the earphone is worn on the left ear, the headband cushion fits the right ear. In the maximum position, the earpiece sits under my jaw. Who is this article for? I like the volume control and the flexible stem that holds the mic, hence the two stars.
