They appear to be of good quality but I think there is a problem with the way Vine listed them because I am at least the second person to believe that I actually took a footbath. and not just relays, so I can't tell how they work. They were packaged well and shipped quickly but I don't have a foot spa to try them out.

You sent exactly what was advertised. I'm not sure what they are or how to use them. Unfortunately I thought it was a foot bath.
