This bracelet is not very durable. The clasp came loose and fell off three times. I ordered in February expecting my dog to get worse. I ended up ordering a different kind.

The description of this product wasn't clear, it comes in different sizes but it doesn't explain what the size difference is and so I bought too big for me and couldn't wear it and it took months to receive it

Great bracelet. Once you master the clasp, it will stay with you forever and never fade. My cat is always with me. Highly recommend, but it's large so measure carefully. Had to return the first one as it was too big. And I have big wrists.

Very cheaply made. When you are carrying the ashes of a loved one, you do not want the clasp to come loose and the bracelet to fall off your wrist. Now I can't wear, I'm afraid of losing the bracelet. It stays in my box. Very sad!

I wanted an unobtrusive way to keep my sister by my side after her death. Fits well and is easy to remove but feels secure as the clasp keeps it together. A bit difficult to fill had to cut off part of the funnel but 10/10 would order again.

This is the second bracelet I have ordered. The size is wrong, oversized. Not sure if I made a mistake or if the company sent the wrong one, but I ordered a smaller one because after careful measurement, the first one was too big. I have an even bigger bracelet. Now I have two of these that I can't wear. I ordered them as a gift to lay sand from my husband's favorite beach.

Worn for two days, the clasp didn't hold up and got lost. I'm so pissed. I sent it to my sister in law to scatter the ashes of some of my sons and I wasn't able to visit her until this weekend, we live 4 hours away, then I only have it 2 days and it's gone.

I actually ordered 2 of them, one was too big (24) the other one fit perfectly (18), the only problem is that it fits perfectly, the clasp on it is very difficult to open and when I close it again it closes not complete so I'm afraid it will fall off. I wanted something to take my fur fight with me (bless his soul). This is a good bracelet and I think it would be better if the clasp was closed. I ordered a larger one (24), the clasp is excellent.

It was exactly what we wanted. Our only issue is that one of the recipients has a larger wrist. Do you know where we could get an extension clip?

I found the "rope" stretched quickly and it became too big for my wrists. You can use a very small amount of ash (very little).

I bought 2 of these bracelets one for the other for my best friend so we can lay our best friend's ashes. He got scratched on the second day and I was so upset. It contains my best friend's ashes so I had to take it out and order another bracelet. The worst thing was that the first support rep offered me a refund of about $5. I was so offended that I explained it was supposed to be a strong ash bracelet. How insensitive you could be. Then the supervisor gave me back my money for 1 bracelet…

High quality bracelet and doesn't look like it contains any ash. The bracelet comes with a handy ash filling kit that also goes with the necklace that I also bought. The only thing I didn't like was the additional metallic trims with sharp corners that don't damage the skin but make the bracelet a bit uncomfortable to wear. The only reason it didn't get a 5 star rating. For current designs, I would recommend round decorative elements or rounded edges. I would definitely recommend this product…
