After trying this automotive part, I was extremely disappointed in its quality. It did not fit properly and was made from cheap materials. The connector caused a leak in my engine cooling system and ended up costing me more money in repairs. The only positive thing I can say is that it was easy to install. Overall, I would not recommend this product to anyone.

NPT threads reach to the bottom of the manifold without being properly tightened - will likely leak. In addition, the interior is very poorly milled and impedes the flow. I bought a more expensive Edelbrock block and it's much better. Threaded approximately 1/2 way with excellent friction/seal.

I hand screwed this into the intake manifold to check fitment. During the chrome plating process, the manufacturer of this product could not exclude any threads from the process. The chrome was coming off the threads, clogging the threads of my "BRAND NEW" manifold so I had to use a wrench to remove it and take it to the machine shop for thread replacement. Mind you I said I screwed it in by hand. Buy at your own risk and if using a wire brush, clean the chrome threads prior to installation.
