Snaps out nicely for system bits

So I drilled a pilot hole, started screwing it in and snapped it right out. I had to use pliers to pry the connector out. Cheap steel, I didn't put 20 pounds on it. It's useless, I'm afraid to use another one.

Pros
  • Slim design
Cons
  • I'll add later

I installed a scrap 2x6 board on 4 inch studs.

I studded the 2x6 board pieces with 4" wood screws and then attached them to the boards. Be sure to pre-drill a hole large enough to avoid cracking. They can take a lot of weight with no problem.

Pros
  • High marks for grip and durability from testers
Cons
  • not reliable

Ideal tool for hanging tools.

According to the product description, it is great for hanging tools. I use it to hang my guitars in my music room. On the wall, to the side, creates space for other things. Suitable for any headstock guitar or bass. Coating to protect sensitive surfaces. What else do you need?

Pros
  • Free for educational purposes
Cons
  • A few small things

Worked for me: System fasteners

There have been several reviews saying these hooks break where the screw meets the U shape. Maybe lucky with the draw, but the two I got work fine. One is just holding a broom and the other has been effectively holding weed for several weeks now. Time will tell but the installation will not break and is holding up well.

Pros
  • Good product for the price
Cons
  • No instructions

I like the size and functionality, but from about twenty.

Love the size and functionality but out of about twenty 3 broke at the base (in the middle of the Y shape) when screwed in. They were replaced for free with no issues (thanks Revane), but I'd like to see how they hold up after taking the tools off and on a few times.

Pros
  • Brilliantly made
Cons
  • Operating speed

Works great in the garage for hanging almost anything

No complaints about this product. Works great in the garage to hang almost anything. I used them to hang my grass catcher and blower on the wall. Good strong teeth with a tough texture. Easy to install in wood. Just screw them on and viola! Instant hook. Find a few more to hang my snow plow on.

Pros
  • Satisfied so far
Cons
  • Not as thick as other picks

Huge and handy hooks

Extra large (twice the size of normal hardware store tool holders), heavy, heavily coated. Ladder so I don't need a second person to hold the ladder when climbing They appear to be the same (same final manufacturer but different name? /B00LH0SF7M ) that I own and have also given five stars.

Pros
  • Done
Cons
  • Almost OK

I use them to hang my instruments in my home studio and they are perfect. A similar holder used to be sold at Walmart for a dollar, but has since disappeared. They are much better than traditional guitar hangers because they are much cheaper and easier to install. Just find a bolt, drill a pilot hole and push it in. Since you will need a bobby pin to hang these tools, your tools will hang 16 inches apart. I have many oddly shaped guitars and basses, and at 16 inches apart, none of them touch or
