I bought this cable to replace the cable that goes from the phone company jack to the DSL adapter works. Communication is good; However, I expected the jacket to be larger than a standard phone cord, but that's not the case. I was hoping for a thicker jacket to withstand the chewing kitties that chewed through a short section of the previous cable.

Let's not get too excited it's just a power cord but I'll tell you as a former installer/repairer and specialty services specialist with Verizon, this line does that Cable is exactly the same as Verizon and is high quality and very good value for money. These power cords are mainly used for analog phones and devices.

After checking the cable colors on the cable I bought, the wires were reversed/opposite each other. The cable is basically useless as I understand it. I'm sure I'm not the only one who had this problem.
