HEFLO Review

The ability to see all of our processes in one place, rather than each department having their own version or copy within Excel! This has helped us greatly with keeping everyone updated as well making sure we are using current versions for best results when reporting back internally too (and not just relying upon out dated copies). I wish there was an option that allowed you more granular control over which fields were being used by whom - but this may be something they look at improving down…

The best thing about heflo was that it allowed me to organize all my documents in one place, with easy access from anywhere using mobile apps or desktop applications! I also liked how easily you could create forms for your customers' information by adding them into templates which were already created beforehand (also very helpful if they are not too specific). It would be great of there's more customization options available so we can add our own fields/templates as well but this isn't really…
