The ability to see all of our processes in one place, rather than each department having their own version or copy within Excel! This has helped us greatly with keeping everyone updated as well making sure we are using current versions for best results when reporting back internally too (and not just relying upon out dated copies). I wish there was an option that allowed you more granular control over which fields were being used by whom - but this may be something they look at improving down future updates? We have been able use it across multiple sites so its good if things don't work perfectly straight off without some tweaking required from IT support though!! It's great because everything can now easily access via mobile devices / laptops etc allowing employees greater freedom while still maintaining full visibility into what needs doing next/who should do them & who hasn’t done theirs yet! It's easy to use, it has a great customer support team and I like that you can see all of your open tickets at once in one place. The interface could be improved by adding more icons for each function or having some sort of sorting option so you don't have to sift through hundreds of emails looking for what you need. For now we are able to keep track of our projects from start to finish with ease. We also enjoy being able to access everything via mobile devices as well which helps us when traveling.
