Gentle application, strong protection

Smells great, applies very well. We've been non-stop in the sea in South Carolina in the summer heat and haven't gotten sunburnt! Very happy with this product and I'm here to buy another one!

Works great, clean ingredients, great for reefs, smells great.

We have been using Hello Bello for many years and my daughter never gets burns. It applies evenly and stays in place while swimming. It smells good and the bonus is that it's reef and people friendly (clean ingredients).

Difficult to get off hands, even with soap

Purchased based on positive feedback on ingredients - applied with a makeup brush. Both my husband and I felt like we couldn't take our hands off our hands while holding the baby - they had their glasses dirty almost 10 hours after applying. At the same time, nobody got burned - 2/3 of us are light-skinned redheads

BUY THIS SUNSCREEN - Sunscreen

I know what you're thinking "but you're super tanned in this photo why should I buy this sunscreen?" Because as a mom I have applied this sunscreen to every inch of exposed skin on my 4 year old and 7 month olds and they never burned at all. However, I forgot to put it on myself EXCEPT for the top of my shoulders (please note the right shoulder in the photo where you can see a completely unburned patch of skin). I will definitely buy more of these. It smells amazing too.

Does NOT work in sunscreen

To be honest I REALLY wanted this to work. The product smells absolutely AMAZING, the price is reasonable most of the time, and it fits the bill: reef friendly, vegan, chemical-free, nano-free, etc. Unfortunately, it just doesn't work. Both my black daughter and I got smeared in less than an hour from 9am to 10am and were still burned out. That shouldn't be happening at this time of the day. You really need to go back to the drawing board and figure out why this product doesn't do what it says…
