With love! I bought 6 for my 4 year old. He is tall and slim. It's a little big for him, a little off the shoulders and stuff, but he can make it work and what I like about the fit is that he can grow with us, it doesn't look ridiculously big on him, and but if 5 /6 it will probably suit him just fine. He loves the fun print and great colors.

I originally bought a size 3 for my 2 year old daughter and although it was large it has an elastic band around the wrist that doesn't pinch but lets her hands stay out of the sleeves. Well a 5 year old borrowed a jacket and sadly lost it. I bought size 4 again this time, but it still fits great! The jacket will serve her for years and is very warm.
