Stay Warm and Dry with the Skull Cap Helmet Liner Running Beanie: The Ultimate Winter Thermal Head Hat Review

Bought for MS Balaclava. COZY! I use it to cover my bald spot when wearing a helmet. It pulls over the ears to keep you warm on cold days. I have a medium sized bowler hat if that helps and it's so comfortable I leave it on after a ride. Great headwear for 3 seasons. Not for very cold or very hot days. Also doesn't leave marks on my bald head like others who have sharp stabs.

This turned out to be the perfect helmet liner, especially as I have just returned from a nearly 8000 mile adventure ride (on the R1200GS) blasted through all of Western America and this beautiful skull cap has been perfect from almost zero to 105 degrees Fahrenheit and has been hand washed well every few days. it stretches well, the material is very comfortable and soft, perfect for my Skull XL and double sport helmet.

I have run in 5 degree weather and 50 degree weather with the same hat and it keeps my head and ears in perfect comfort. I don't understand how it works, but it works. This is not a good cap for cold weather when you are not active. But when you move (work, run, sweat) it just does its job. Bought expecting to wear under a bike helmet when riding in cooler weather in Northern California this Fall/Winter.
