thought there was a template and instructions included not that the instructions are really needed but for some people i can see how good it would be in the wiring part.

I have NOT installed them yet and will update the review if necessary but wanted to say they came complete with bulbs, bulb holders with pigtails, bases, neoprene spacers, covers and screws. It seems some people only received the lenses but I received the full set.

Worst company to make them. The shells are not molded to the shape of the cab roof and allow a lot of water to enter the cab. Also not suitable for plug-and-play operation, which causes a huge mess and looks dirty afterwards. It wasn't worth it, went to the parts store and found what I needed at a cheaper price and it was OEM plug and play.

If you want them curved to fit the roof, mine aren't curved. Nevertheless I will try to install them. Let's hope they don't crack or break by applying a heat gun to them and trying to make them slightly curved to fit the roof. They look good and are made of durable plastic. Almost original interchangeable lens, but the factor is also curved, which makes these lenses difficult to adjust.

Deceptive picture, actually they are orange LEDs. Found this only after I installed them and turned on the light. What really annoyed me was that after carefully measuring and drilling the holes, the headlights didn't line up with the contour of the roof. An ugly shape in my opinion, but I can't return it now given the 15 gaping holes in my roof. Take the inconspicuous ones and don't repeat my mistake. Oh yeah I forgot to say only two lights are on!
