This is the best collar for dogs it doesn't tear the fur and keeps the tags very well. I combine this with a notched collar. I ordered another one because my dog has the biggest head. With a large 89 pound GSD head, I use a 25 inch collar. The manufacturer recommends that you purchase a chain two inches longer than the width of your head.

Quite acceptable fur headband, just note that this is not the stainless steel version (probably chrome plated). I also find it quite noisy compared to our spiked collars, but this is the first one I've ordered so I'm not sure if that's "normal". I'm coming back because I wanted stainless steel as our dog is always in the water.

Bought this after seeing all the positive reviews, big mistake. It won't stop your dog from pulling, because when the dog pulls, it doesn't shrink because it gets stuck. It's also extremely annoying to have to manually configure it every time it freezes. I'm not sure if my product is or should be defective, but it's useless, I wouldn't recommend it at all!

This is the third collar we have purchased to train our adult rescue dogs. Wonderfully made, easy to adjust for proper placement during exercise, and best of all, you don't have to set it up as a "choke chain" during exercise as you can easily attach loops to each collar link. Excellent collar, exactly what I ordered. I noticed that people couldn't figure out how it works in other reviews. Pretty silly, just play with it for a few minutes and you should be able to solve it like a jigsaw puzzle. The only problem I have is the size. It was only one size and it was too small for my Malinois dogs. It's going to get in their heads, but I'm just a little nervous about the lack of extra space. Otherwise five stars.
