Because many of the products commonly used to make face masks are no longer available, this cotton ribbon works very well if you are making a mask that uses ribbons instead of elastics used . . I double it over and sew it so it's 1/2 inch. It is soft and durable and well suited for this purpose. Will order again if I can still get it.

I bought this twill strap to use as a tie for cotton vegetable bags that I wanted to give away. The band is quite strong and stable. As expected, it frays a bit at the cut ends; I tied them in a knot once the ribbons were passed through the canal. However, my canals were too small for the tapes as there was too much friction between cotton and cotton. It was necessary to make the channel wider, my fault, not the fault of the product.

I am buying a large used Ikea Tarva bed frame and also 1 roll of this cotton ribbon and I have used the ribbon to make a headboard for my bed. 1 roll was enough and I have some extra in case some areas need to be replaced at some point. I used a construction stapler to secure them in place and made sure they put enough tension on them so they create a headboard with more tension and less warping. It's been a few months and so far so good. I am very happy with the quality of this product.
