Bag of excellent quality but I had to return it. Shoulder straps are terrible. The quality of the bag's thick compartment is not the same as the webbing. They're thin, hard, and dig into your shoulders. This is a really great bag over the long term, the only issue is the straps. Not for me I think.

The description says it is 100% cotton but it is not. According to the label it is 100% polyester. The fabric was too stiff - it had an odd shape even when empty. The straps are too thin, they have no padding so if you have something heavy it will dig into your shoulders. It's not intended as a laptop backpack, but according to the backpack specs, it should fit a 13" laptop. I thought it could be used as both a laptop bag and a backpack but the laptop doesn't fit. This small backpack is a great size for the gym, day hikes, work etc. I can fit a pair of shorts, leggings and socks. , two t-shirts and a regular size bath towel with a little more than in the photo. The zipper and teeth are metal and work easily. The strap adjustment buckles are made of plastic and can be easily adjusted as usual.
