Description of HIC Strainer Infuser Stainless 1 75 Inch

HIC’s Pierced Tea Infuser hangs into mugs and tea cups for steeping loose tea with a more robust aroma and flavor. Made from 18/8 stainless steel; reusable; more economical than using store-bought tea bags. Easy to use; fill halfway with loose tea, hook inside the cup and pour in hot water, steep 3-minutes to release tea’s essential oils for full flavor. Great for kids and adults; steep black tea, oolong tea, green tea, chai, chamomile and other types of tea; for mulling spices and infusing herbs, too. Easy to fill, empty and clean; compact for easy storage; dishwasher safe for easy cleanup.

Brewed to Perfection!

This infuser is a must-have for tea enthusiasts! My analysis of this product showed that it's made of high-quality stainless steel, making it durable and easy to clean. • Almost everything is there

Nothing special about tea filters

Received two of these and couldn't open one, also the chain was loose when it arrived. The other one is ok, but I've had better infusors.

Pros
  • Good product for the price
Cons
  • Hard to say

leaves ooze; hard to open

I used this tea mainly with Guayusa, a South American tea; also available from Revain (Runa Revain Guayusa Traditional Tea) Lots of splinters flew out The tea was delicious but it could have been the tea itself (I didn't have a proper test pot) When it came time to clean I had to (and find it still) difficult to open , even slightly damp. However, I have enjoyed using a tea ball and will continue to use it in the near future. Conclusion: I think this is a good tea ball for the price. I may have
