Easy assembly piece by piece

Perfect fit and easy assembly. I watched several online how-to videos and was able to change the oil and filter on my Vespa 300 GTS. Saved me a trip to the store and maintenance.

Pros
  • Satisfied so far
Cons
  • Expensive

Change your oilman!

Second Hiflo I've bought. They work great. I've never had a problem and the oil seems to last quite a long time in my Vespa GTS 300, even driving hard (65-70 mph) for 30 minutes to work and 30 minutes back daily. I was always amazed at how much smoother everything runs after an oil change. I wish I could do this quarterly but that's probably overkill haha

Pros
  • Elegant design
Cons
  • Weight

really tight. Left Lucy. Lucy! Take a look at my stylish oil filter.

It's so logical. Make your oil filters black so you can't see leaks or road grime. Nobody likes greasy road dirt. So they look like a million bucks, even after a season of hard scootering in the suburbs. I bet I could really improve my game with the ladies if I have to say it. Phil blinds my filter. Yes. That's all. Feldasl.

Pros
  • Very good price
Cons
  • Useless functions

Well made and fast delivery

Seems like a good filter for the money. General research showed that it is slightly better than the OEM filter on my scooter. Hiflofiltro appears to be well made and still works well. Since I change my scooter's oil every 1,000 miles (yes, that's a bit of an exaggeration), I don't press the filters too hard, so this was a good choice for me. Price was good, delivery was very fast so will buy again if I need more.

Pros
  • Certified
Cons
  • I won't say anything

failed during use for motorcycles and powersports

I bought several of these filters for my 2 Vespa scooter. My mechanic installed a new oil filter after replacing the original water pump rebuild kit and all the oil came out of the filter when I took it on a long ride. The 300 Vespa cylinder ring is put on the socket. Luckily he was able to fix it and get it working again. If you install these filters, I recommend carefully inspecting them for leaks before going on a trip for more than a few minutes. By the way, the rest worked.

Pros
  • High marks for support and durability from testers
Cons
  • Ok
