If you look at the second picture on the description page you can see the pants lined up, tucked into the cuffs. No no no! resulting in spring-loaded hangers and fabric buckling from over-tensioning. These hanger frames are large enough to grip pants below the cuff where they need to be, with room for the cuff at the top! This is a great product.

I really liked them when I first got them, but after a few weeks I realized they weren't holding up well. If you want to use them for the same thickness of material they are fine, but once you start using them on heavier and thicker fabrics they lose their grip. As you can see from the photos both hangers are closed but the one I used for the thicker fabric has now stretched so it can no longer be used for anything smaller.

Every hanger I've received has problems. They are chipped, have massive gouges or varnish spots/stains in the finish.
