Couldn't believe it was just a used 1.5 GPM

I replaced my 2.5 GPM shower head with a 1.5 GPM High Sierra shower head because we recently replaced the water heater. Conversion from an 80 liter tank to a 50 liter tank. The idea is to make hot water last longer by using less of it with a lower flow shower head. High Sierra's head pressure was better than 2.5 GPM. After the first use, I filled the bucket for 1 minute to prove to myself that it actually uses less water. He accurately measured 1.5 gallons in 1 minute. It is much stronger andโ€ฆ

Not for me but still a quality product

First of all, as with all reviews, this is just MY opinion. The body of the shower head is made of very high quality metal. And it's all metal. And it retains heat well during showering. Unfortunately I used a high pressure shower, this shower head is not for me. It gets wet and gives you the feeling of being in the rain, so to speak, but doesn't feel like pouring rain because it's a low-flow showerhead. Again, this is my opinion because I'm used to Korean shower heads. With that in mind, Iโ€ฆ

Excellent dealer response, service and product

5 Star Quality, Made in USA, Excellent Dealer Response to Issues. The shower head had a defective part and unfortunately I had to return it. Rusty offered to send in a new one so they would actually support the product. I thought it had great pattern distribution, print, teardrop shape and a nice modern shape with solid steel weight. The chrome finish was very high quality and durable, nothing came cheap about this hand shower and the swiveling head was a plus. Rusty assured me they had neverโ€ฆ
