Ordered this to go under a zentai suit. Ordered a size that should have been right by size chart but was a tad large. I have thin legs and this was too loose and baggy. I’m 5’9” about 130 pounds with a 30-31 waist. Got the 2xl maybe should have tried a size smaller. The crotch/flap area had to many lumps to wear under my zentai suit. Poor quality product. I tried it on and it’s so difficult to put it up to my waistline. Also the garter is not a good quality.Do not buy this product. It’s a waste of $

The body shaper is really tight if ordered for your size. But the top rolls all the way down if you bend over then straighten back up. Also the part of the garment just below the stomach section severely cuts into the middle abdomen if you sit down. It works if you don't bend over or sit down.

Great product! Glad I read the updated size chart though. A 3XL fits me and I’m a 6’2 240 male with a 34” waist and a belly and the size is perfect for me.

This is way off in size, should have listened to reviews. Husband wears a 42 pant size and could not get this beyond the top of his legs. I’m a size 10-12 and they fit me snuggly.

The size chart is confusing, I ordered by the chart, my pant size waist 34, so if I use the chart I would get a 4XLwhen I received the product it was way to large, so do I go by their hip measurement, 34 would be a Medium ?I think that may be too small? so do I get a large ? I have no Idea .

I wear a small but purchased a medium after reading some of the reviews.Medium fitted me well. The product works great, I would purchase it again.

The compression on the torso is not long enough and doesn't come high enough. So when you sit or get in your car it rolls down. When wearing there is a section at the lower back where the compression part scrunches together and shows through shirts. It has good compression and does slim so if you stand with a straight posture the whole time it works but if you don't it becomes noticeable through shirts.

Tight in the tummy and super baggy everywhere else. Go for a size or two smaller to make sure the underwear part fits . But I'd be concerned the waistband would be too tight!

the shorts fit too small for me, I would suggest ordering a size up. if you wear an Xl get an XXL the material is of good quality and very sturdy also the vendor is very responsive with exchanges and returns so buy with no worries.
