I like that it can be customized as much or little as you want. It is easy to use, and the customer service team is very helpful in answering questions or making changes. It is also very affordable compared to other solutions out there. The only thing I don't like about this software is that sometimes it does not work right and takes a lot longer than expected. I love how this software handles our business needs as far as being able to track our customers. It also has a lot of features that helps us keep track of all our customers/users we may have with out businesses. Sometimes it can be slow but i can only assume that since its a cloud service it is just slower then other solutions.
