I mounted the HiiGuy universal bike phone holder to my road bike handlebars. The handlebar is slightly thicker than a normal bicycle handlebar because the handlebar and brake cables are wrapped under the handlebar tape. I had to remove the rubber inserts (they slip off easily) lining the round part of the mount - usually to hold the mount in place so the mount fits. In general I can say that it is a very good product. When I first opened it up I found a zip tie that someone had taken apart and 4 rubber rings if you call them that. The build did not go as expected. I would say I have a normal sized steering wheel, I don't know which one. The handlebar clamp was too small. It wasn't that important.
