Good product as advertised. It sits well on the bike (haven't tried it on a bike yet). Holds the phone very well (I have S7). One of the straps snapped in the winter; I'm guessing that's why half a dozen of them are going with him. I think it just got colder than the manufacturer expected (my fault for riding in 20 degrees outside). But even then, the "hands" held the phone well enough that it wouldn't fall or anything. The universal mount should fit most bikes and exercise bikes. Not sure if this will work on my bike (I have a Ninja so there isn't much clearance around the handlebars and the diameter is quite large). There are no complaints about the strength and ease of installation of the product.
