🐟 Optimum Hikari Fish Food Review

My hungry cichlids would rather starve than eat this! 100% uneaten. No problem with Hikari Excel or BioGold, but this food is complete crap!

My dog hunts fish like other dogs hunt squirrels. I spread this product out in front of me in a lake at a dog park in Orlando and the fish loved it. Fish are popping up everywhere and Murray (my black German Shepherd) is in heaven. Murray has been fishing for 8 years. I have been using this product for 8 years. One day Murray will catch one.

They seem to have a lot of filler/ash and the fish aren't happy with it either. They just sit there, grow 1.5x and then stick to everything in the tank and make a mess for me to clean up. Choose Omega One Pellets if you care about your fish! Wouldn't buy this brand again.

We have a full aquarium. One of the fish was having trouble getting food because it was in its cage. He's a baby shark. I pour water into a glass and add food. When the food is raw I feed the fish. I throw wet food into the aquarium and it sinks. When the food sinks, the shark opens the moth and swallows it! Yum yum yum!

When I bought my fish I also bought food for them. The bad news is that the small pet shop next door where I bought it has gone out of business. Searching for food I found it here on Revane. big bag and lower price of the SMALL bag i bought in store! Will order again if needed.

my fish love them. Please note that these are vegan pellets. I use them for my Malawian cichlids. Just watch the size. The size of the granules varies from brand to brand. They are larger than I am used to from a medium size. Next time you can get small granules. They are a bit big for some of my little cichlids. I feed them along with Ocean Nutrition's small sinking veggie granules for toddlers.
