I ordered these for auto work which I have put aside until I have decent quick couplers (these). The quality of the plastic on it is surprisingly low, almost half of all the crimps I've made resulted in the entire plastic shell detaching and falling apart, forcing me to cut off the connector and start over. Believe the negative reviews, these are extremely poor quality connectors. 1. A crimp barrel is not a solid tube like a high quality terminal, it is simply a flat strip rolled into a hoop and thin and thin. As others have said it will never crimp well. 2. There isn't a good engagement between the connector and the insulated cover so they come off very easily, again as mentioned by others. 3.
