Hillman 121127 Picture Hanging 20Lb Review

Includes everything you need to hang a picture on the wall. The wire is thick enough to support some weight but flexible enough to be shaped. The price is good and buying from Revain saved me a trip to the hardware store.

I tried screwing them onto two wooden frames I bought from AC Moore. A hook/loop is difficult to screw in. The next three are all cropped in the frame. I will upload some photos to show how they broke. It was very frustrating. In fact, the only useful part is the wire. I need to buy another mounting option to hang my frames.

You need a wire cutter! Depending on the size and weight of your frame or frames, you may be able to use larger grommets than those in this set. You'll also likely need wall anchors, and I suggest Hillman Group 591516, which has dozens of anchors and screws of various sizes. So basically I paid for a wire that was a larger gauge than what you typically see in these kits (which is a good thing). x 24", but use your own judgment. Use caution and always leave the wire slack.
