Instructions and all hardware included. The instructions were very simple and not difficult at all to put together yourself. I am 81 years old and had no trouble assembling a bar stool.

I bought one and it was perfect. We decided we really needed a second one. After a few months the seat actually broke. We're not big people. How does the seat break? Disappointed plus more than double the cost of the same stool.

When in doubt - buy. Absolutely great quality and very easy assembly. They are of excellent quality both on the feet and on the cushion and offer a high level of comfort even when sitting for a long time. Highly recommended

I ordered three and each stool had missing parts to assemble, had to go to hardware store for extra parts to assemble. Update: only one stool left! The seats for two are broken! We're not big people my tallest child who uses them weighs 125lbs total soaked to the skin.

At first I was happy with this purchase. But after 6 months all my 5 chairs broke. What the hell am I supposed to do now? I paid a lot of money for these chairs. I want my money back so I can buy a product made out of something other than 1/8" thick pressboard. It's about supporting your butt. The seller should contact me. I'm so sorry.

We really liked the look of these stools. Every month or so they need some tightening. One of our stools is really solid and still working. Our other stool doesn't stay strong no matter how tight we tighten it. If we had a spare we could fix it as we feel the leg the manufacturer bolted the board to was not properly attached to the seat base.

After sitting on it for maybe a month you hear cotton. Turn the chair over and you will see that the thin plywood base is torn (see photo). In order to get a refund, Revane expects me to sort, purchase and return the boxes. (Revain provides a shipping label.) If I receive a defective product from Wal-Mart, they return it to the nearest store fully assembled, no questions asked. Next time shopping at Wal-Mart.

Assembly was simple and easy. However, the screws holding the crossbars in place were not tightened enough to secure them in place, causing the entire stool to wobble/wobble when seated. It was only a matter of time before he gave in and collapsed. I needed a comfortable stool to do my work. Instead of returning this item, my husband added two pieces of wood to reinforce this rocking stool.
