Himalayan Glow 1451 Carved Medium Review

This is my new favorite salt lamp! Brightness control goes from zero to the brightest I've had for these bulbs - just enough to read when I'm around! It's nice and heavy, nice smooth and big. Got lots of compliments on it, would buy again.

A beautiful globe of salt that looks like a planet, just what I was hoping for. His natural "faults” become virtues when they are pointed out, like looking through a telescope at another world. I have two rough surface salt lamps that I love, but this spherical one has depth: the smoother surface allows you to see the internal patterns in the salt. Highly recommended! The dimmer on the cable is great.

I love this salt lamp the best that I own. Its color is so perfect, orange-gold, and it's well made. Its round shape emits a soft, peaceful glow. Arrived on time, well packaged, in very good condition. I might buy another one because I like it so much. It is as advertised and is the best quality I have.

So the lamp itself and the spare bulbs looked like they had been packed by an 8 year old (nothing against 8 year olds but come on) and so far the lamp is working fine and is actually very nice when turned on there is a buzzing sound of electricity. My guess is that the wiring is causing the buzz, not the bulb itself. In any case, it doesn't help me relax at all, so I'm considering returning it. Looks like I have a neon sign in my room instead of a cold Jupiter-like salt lamp.

This is a salt lamp as described. The wooden base lies loosely on the plastic insert of the light source, causing the light to wobble when lowered. The box it came from was packaged in such a way that it at least looked like it had been opened or put back in the demo box. There was no bulb cover which leads me to believe it was a return due to base wobbling. Not impressed at all. I might give it to my teenager as I don't even bother with the whiter coloring. I will no longer order from this…

Nice and warm, but the dimmer is really annoying. I use this in my bathroom now and keep it on 24/7 so I don't have to fiddle with the switch. The large one in my bedroom has a simple switch that's on a cord closer to the lamp, easy to reach and turn off before I go to bed. This product has the switch further down the cable. I love all salt lamps and bought these because of the shape, but the design and switch position doesn't make it easy to turn on and off all the time. It gives more light…

I'm addicted to these salt lamps, this is the third brand I've bought. Just received today and I LOVE it. Almost looks like a glowing planet! The description says used and the packaging will be damaged but honestly the lamp looks brand new. The salt has no nicks or dents, it is perfectly smooth to the touch. It all came with a dimmer, which I wasn't expecting. The box itself looked a little used but intact. I can't say for sure if the lamp actually provides the health benefits they are talking…

Nice looking lamp and does the job of giving a relaxing orange glow that keeps me falling asleep (despite suffering from insomnia!). The problem is that this lamp can (almost) start a fire since I had it on my desk next to the surge. The instructions state that condensation will form if not used constantly and I wiped it down fairly well when not in use. Well, one day I was using it and I heard a weird buzzing noise (electrical noise) and noticed that there was a puddle of water on the floor…
