Ideal lighting: lights and ceiling fans

Quiet environment with lights on and off or composed has nice brightness and none of these were damaged when I received it in the mail. If you use it independently it is very dangerous light I highly recommend it.

Pros
  • practical item
Cons
  • operating speed

Interesting - not perfect

So these bulbs certainly have their place and look good enough. Unfortunately, the photos do not match deep warm cave glow. It's a bit like a lightbulb with some salt in it. We will still use them but in a different place. In general, the LEDs are good.

Pros
  • Lasting finish
Cons
  • Some small things

Soft Ambient Light for Salt Lamps

Salt lamps offer no health benefits, so why not just get a soft, warm bulb? I think these lamps work best in lamps without a shade as they are not particularly bright. They are LED, so they last longer and use less energy than other decorative light bulbs (e.g. Edison bulbs).

Pros
  • Sturdy Construction
Cons
  • Some Problems

Pleasant, soft glow works best with salt lamps

I installed these as a replacement for ceiling fans in places I didn't want them to be too bright. There's a nice shine in an area I can do very easily but don't feel overwhelmed by the brightness. I wouldn't recommend reading it, although my son has one in his room and he reads great. Maybe I just need readers.

Pros
  • This is amazing
Cons
  • So So

Dung pears, no orange or red atmosphere here

Mostly white rock salt, very little pink. A 40w incandescent bulb would be similar I think. I thought these lamps and their marketing were full of crap but I bought them anyway. The ones I put in my sensor lights flicker sooooooooo badly with the touch lights. Won't return them for $20 😤

Pros
  • Few competitors
Cons
  • Reliability

DO NOT SUPPORT COMPANIES THAT ARE FRAUD.

Surkus, the app that Himalayan Glow is currently working with to promote its brand and provide reviews, is actively defrauding its users (including those who buy and review these lights). The app claims to work if users buy a product, leave a review, and then have to refund all or part of the purchase amount to Surkus — Surkus doesn't pay its users. DO NOT SUPPORT COMPANIES THAT ARE FRAUD.

Pros
  • Pretty impressive
Cons
  • Questionable purchase for seniors

Beyond Perfection!: Lighting and Ceiling Fans

I'm a big fan of light; mostly natural, but in the evenings I've been known to use a wide range of options to suit my needs/moods. I have all sorts of lights to do my various chakra meditations and live streams. What I was looking for with this purchase was a soft light for my super dark bedroom that I could use at dusk and in the evenings that wasn't too bright; I definitely found it! These Himalayan salt lamps naturally absorb moisture (which can build up fairly quickly in Miami summers), but

Pros
  • Ideal for a small home
Cons
  • Electrical outlet required

Do it, buy it, broke!

While curious as to the actual lifespan of these bulbs, I like them. Pricey at $7 for a 4-pack lamp ($10 if one), but I splurge! And I'm glad I did. Waaayyy better pink shimmer than I expected. The slightly brownish hue in my living room seems to enhance the effect compared to the matte white spheres in which I've placed three other bulbs. I wonder what my Tiffany lamp will look like! I wish the bulbs had holes to ionize the air, but my salt lamps will do that. I hope this light will be less…

Pros
  • Quality construction
Cons
  • Some imperfections
