Update: Although the cartridge didn't work perfectly I was informed that there was a bug in the product which has now been fixed. Customer service came forward and did everything they could to ensure I was taken care of. Therefore, I am giving a 5 star rating based solely on customer experience. First Review: It didn't fit the drum perfectly so I had to tweak it to make it work properly.

I am a mobile notary. So I print out loan documents. I tracked how much I was getting out of each used toner cartridge. I can't see if I have 8000 pages or not because I'm printing so many of the allowed size. But I consistently printed 6,000 pages with each toner cartridge. Considering the amount of printing, I print in the allowable size. I felt like I got my money's worth. Print quality has never been an issue. And I don't see any cleanliness issues in my printer. This is exactly what I needed. Reading other reviews I didn't see the point of replacing the drum so I decided to write this. I have black spots and streaks on my documents. I decided to replace the toner and clean the Brother printer and drum from the accumulated toner powder. Then I put the new toner back in the old drum and a few small spots turned into huge black spots. The blank pages looked awful. Stumbled upon a mention of replacing the drum by chance. Thought it might be worth a try…
