🔫 Hobart DP 3545 20 Spool Gun for Model 300349 Review

For the last 10 years I've had a gun of terrible quality and didn't know it until I bought it. Works great and gives more gas than my old one ever did. I've been using it for an hour or two every day for the past six months and have had no complaints.

Nice gun. It's easy to replace the wire. Very durable despite the plastic housing. He was thrown off the welding table a few times and was unhurt. A little big for getting into tight corners, but the weld is solid and tangling isn't as much of an issue as with other pistols. I mostly have .030 aluminum.

First, the gun I received looks different than the one pictured on Revain. The argon supply hose is actually connected to the handle and does not exit a Y from the torch wire as shown in the picture. It looks more like a pistol trigger guard that way, but that's okay because it works very well. The tool comes in a box and NOT in a nice protective storage case like the MUCH cheaper Hobart Spoolrunner 100 I have for my smaller Hobart 210MVP welder. The Hobart Spoolrunner 100 fits in my Hobart…
