I hate this bag. I had to send it back twice because the chain broke on one side of the bag (and I carry very little in the bag). It broke again but will no longer be refunded. I wish I had returned it the first time and not exchanged it. My dad would buy the best fasteners and fix them for me, but a quality bag doesn't need fixing.
