The biggest problem I have is their focus on the big companies rather than small businesses.

A lot of the things they teach, while they may be great for bigger companies, won't necessarily translate well to smaller ones. I have a friend who does webinars with them and she says it's pretty hit or miss. Some of the people he talks to say "Oh yeah! I love that!" And some people say "That sounds cool, but I'm already doing it." If you're looking for something specific to sell to big companies, I would suggest you check out other vendors instead.

Pros
  • to very sophisticated modeling including time series, forecasting, optimization, etc
  • There are tons of tutorials, courses, and videos online to help guide you through what you want to do.
Cons
  • They have a really nice video showing off how to create your own dashboard and widgets (a kind of visual representation of your data) but it's not easy to figure out where to find these things.
  • It takes a little while to understand the basics and then build on those concepts
